估计常喝咖啡的盆友们都知道这些知识，在这里给大家介绍一下他们的英文名称，更主要是发音。不太了解咖啡的孩纸也可以顺便给自己扫扫盲。

caffeine:/ˈkæfiːn/咖啡因

coffee maker/machine咖啡机 (虽然两种说法都可以，但是Jack听到老外们用coffee makers频繁得多)

black coffee:神马都不加的咖啡

white coffee:加了（牛奶之类）白色东西的咖啡 (当然有些地方不叫这个，比较安全的讲法是coffee with milk; 米果有些地方也说light coffee)

decaffeinated:/ˌdiːˈkæfɪneɪtɪd/不含咖啡因的咖啡 (decaffeinated coffee 简称 decaf coffee)

espresso:/eˈspresəʊ/strong black coffee made by forcing steam or boiling water through ground coffee 意式浓缩咖啡

ristretto:（木有找到读音，不过根据拼写可以蒙出来，重音在-tre-上面）也不知道中文叫什么，使用萃取 espresso一半的水萃出来的 浓缩咖啡。超浓的辣种...

flat white:双份espresso，加细腻的奶泡，口感细滑，因此而得名

drip coffee:(also filtered coffee) 滴漏式咖啡 （很多美国家用咖啡机都是滴漏式的）

instant/ˈɪnstənt/coffee: 速溶咖啡，像鸟巢 辣样子的 （总觉得鸟巢咖啡有很浓郁的香!油!味!）

mocha:/ˈmoʊkə/coffee with cocoa/chocolate

latte:/ˈlɑːteɪ/拿铁 a drink made by adding a small amount of strong coffee to a glass or cup of frothy/bubbly steamed milk

caffè Americano:/ˌkæfeɪ əˌmerɪˈkɑːnoʊ/美式咖啡 （其实就是意式咖啡加热水）

caffè macchiato:/ˌmækiˈɑːtoʊ/中文不知道叫什么，就是意式浓缩咖啡加一点点牛奶

cappuccino/ˌkæpuˈtʃiːnoʊ/卡布奇诺 （意式浓缩咖啡＋奶泡 milk foam ＋ 可可粉cocoa powder)

capsule/ˈkæpsuːl/coffee胶囊咖啡 （新兴的一种快餐式咖啡，使用特制胶囊咖啡机和咖啡厂商预调好的咖啡胶囊。雀巢这个搞得很火）
