Everyone can be a native speaker!

"我喝不惯咖啡"按照中文字面意思翻译就是"Im not used todrinking coffee"或"Im not accustomed todrinking coffee"。但仔细想一下，used /accustomed to doing sth.是指有做某事的习惯，这个行为是频繁的、有规律的，而现代汉语里的喝不惯、吃不惯则更多的是指不喜欢、不适应

所以，这句话的地道表达：

Im not a coffee person.

Coffee isnt really my thing.

再简单直接的表达就是：

I dont like coffee.

I dont drink coffee.

注意：如果别人说的是"I dont likethecoffee"，那就特指的是"ta不喜欢某一杯、某一种咖啡"。(语法知识点：定冠词的基本用法)

或者，你还可以说"I cant get into coffee"，即我对咖啡提不起兴趣或者我无法喜欢上咖啡。

I cant get into sth.

"I cant get into sth."是一个非常地道的口语句型，意思是我无法对...产生兴趣、我无法喜欢上...，可以替代sth. dont interest me"。

对话 1:

A: Have you watched the new sci-fi series everyones talking about?

B: I tried, but I cant get into sci-fi shows. They just dont interest me.

A: 你看了大家都在谈论的那部新科幻片吗?

B: 我试过了，但是我看不进科幻片。我就是不感兴趣。

对话 2:

A: Have you ever tried yoga? It’s really relaxing.

B: 老实说，我对古典音乐不感兴趣。我喜欢节奏快一点的音乐。
